Accurate Holes Using Just a Drill
Accurate drilling without a milling machine sounds impossible — but it’s not.

In this video, I show a simple and reliable method to drill accurate, perpendicular, and well-positioned holes using nothing more than a hand drill or drill press, drill bushings, and a 3D-printed jig.

While building my CNC machine, machining costs quickly went out of control.
So I removed all the holes from the manufacturing drawings and decided to drill them myself — without sacrificing accuracy.

I’ll walk you through:
Why standard punching and drilling often fail
How drill bushings solve positioning problems
Designing precise jigs directly from CAD
3D printing tips for maximum accuracy
Step-by-step drilling and tapping results
